Hello world, I’m one of the newest photographers to join Stance:Nation. I’m from Dallas, Texas, so I’ll be covering pretty much most of the events that happen here, big and small.

My first post is coverage of one of the biggest meets we have in Texas; CupCake Meet. It started on January 24 of 2009, with only about a few dozen cars showing up. Over the next few months, it began to have more and more attendees with each meet. This past weekend, Tiffany Troung (the president) and her staff held their seventh meet, called Cupcakin’ for Kids, at the American Airline Center in downtown Dallas. This particular meet was a fundraiser for the Scottish Rite Hospital, which solely operates on donations from friends and local communities. With the packed parking lot, the meet ran from 3-10pm with over 800 participants coming in and out which yield just a little bit over $12,000 worth of donations for the hospital!

Hondas are finally stepping up their game in the last few years.

This hatch belongs to another one of my friend, Eddie. The car snapped a timing belt on the way to Austin for the 512 Project but he finally got it running again.

Stance doesn’t only have to be about cars all the time, Angelo’s Ruckus low and long, instead of low and wide. 🙂
