Radiused fenders in Japan are about as common as running BBS’s on VW’s in the states. It looks as simple as raising your arches/fenders up higher to make space for bigger wheels and eliminate the “tucking”, but there is a lot more to it than you may think. Cutting your fenders up and pretty much enlarging them isn’t an easy task. Actually, it is quite easy, however, without accurately measuring things you can end up with your oil pan on the ground and still have a serious wheel gap!

This Toyota Aristo pulled it off perfectly, and to top things off a ton more body work was done on the rear which give it that “pulled fender” look. Trust us though, it’s more than a simple “pull”.
