The Island Trio Part 2

As we continue on with “The Island Trio”, our respect and love for not only these xB’s keeps rising, but for the wonderful state of Hawaii. We hear that our fan base in Hawaii is very strong and we can’t thank all of you enough for your support. Tonight though, it’s Aaron’s time to shine as the fitment on this box is just incredible. Our photographer Emil met up with Aaron and his friends not too long ago and was able to hook us up with some awesome photos of Aaron’s xB. Check them out below!

We feel it’s important to know that everything done to this car except the paint was done by Aaron himself, so major kudos to him for that. His modification list is extremely long so we’ll only point out a few of the mods to you and attach the rest on the bottom of this page. The exterior is looking fresh thanks to the full NOBLESSE-style body kit (including fog lamps), custom shaved OEM grill w/chrome trim, lots of color matching and many other things! Seeing how we are a “wheel fitment” website after all, one of the favorite things on Aaron’s box is just that, wheel fitment. Thanks to Universal Air Suspension and a set of BBS LM’s in 17×8 & 17×9 wrapped in YOKOHAMA S-drive 195/40 tires, this thing sits on it’s wheel barrels flawlessly. Behind the front wheels is a set of Wilwood 4-pot big-brake kits and stainless-steel brake lines which give it that “show car/track” look on daily basis. Check out the way it sits in the photo above!

Running the REALCamber -5 degree kit in the rear made a huge difference. If you have an xB you already know the camber issues front ends like to give you, but it’s nothing a set of cusco adjustable front camber plates can’t fix! We seriously can’t stress enough how big of a fan we are of the fitment on this thing! It looks great from nearly every corner. Check out the trunk setup in the shot below.
