Our friend Jomar will be extremely happy of this one. For those who don’t know Jomar, he is the owner of this particular car, well in real life that is. Check out some pics on our forum here to get a better idea. Our other friend Syo has been so inspired by Jomars ride that over the last couple months he managed to build a scaled replica version of it. As you saw with the DC2 we posted couple weeks ago, Syo is a perfectionist so he wasted no time getting everything down from sticker bombed hood, license plate & frame and even the caged interior. Check out the picture above of the progress.

It’s also slammed on some Diamond Racing steelies with plenty of tire stretch! As far as we know Jomar has no clue about this model car. Pretty sure he’ll be stoked when he sees it!

Next time you find yourself looking for a hobby you should definitely give these things a try. It’s not the cheapest hobby but it’s definitely cheaper than building real cars! Big shout out to Syo for sharing his latest build with us and be on a lookout for another USDM inspired ride soon. You never know, it may just be yours! Make sure to follow us on our facebook to stay up to date & click Read More below!

Couple more “build” pics for you.

Finished work is incredible. Time to get one for ourselves, what about you?

For those of you looking to buy these kits, try the following 1999.co.jp/eng google Hobby Link Japan (all the good models come outta Japan) A lot of these kits come as the standard car only, so need mods. To which I'm also curious, how to get them so low?

Who says you can't? :) It's just going to cost a penny because of how long it takes and shipping from Japan! :)
