The car snapped the timing belt 28 days into me having it, insurance and bank, totaled it out. The car was taken to Nampa and it ended up at a dealership, supposedly it has a new engine now,(I call BS because AWM motor codes are very rare and when I looked for one, none we're availible.) DO NOT BUY THIS CAR! I loved it, but its time is done.

MK2DUBBER and NERZOGSR found the car at a dealership several months later, it is now in Boise.

Afterwards I wanted to buy an STI/EVO. I found this one for sale at Fairly's, but they were insane on the price.

Starting to come together nicely. I was going to upgrade the stock brakes with some basics, however I've chosen to wait it out and go with a BBK like the Akenbono or Brembo. The weather is starting to change for the better. I can finally start putting all this stuff on!

I've been getting the runaround with EVO-R. The vendor just sends cut and pasted responses and never picks up the phone. I think I'm going to hold off on buying the spoiler and see what the car looks like without it.

Installed the Motordyne 5/16 and ARC knob today; with the help of a couple good friends. Car feels a lot smoother throughout the power band. I should have done this a long time ago. Hopefully if Wednesday is a nice day I can install the coils woot woot!

Car is maxed out in camber in the front now and running a nice and flush setup. I made a bro video for you guys to enjoy. I'm really statisfied with how the BC coilovers ride. I have it set to the stiffest setting and it still feels better than my springs. Here is some media for you guys:

Yeah, but it was time for a change. The 1.8t's are notorious for coking oil and being temperamental. I love the body style, but I think the Z was a better choice overall.

So I'm in kind of a pickle. I can't decide which front camber kit to go with on the car. I'm pretty skeptical on the ball joint setup on the Kinetix (pic 2) than the Ichiba (pic 1). Both seem have good reviews, but I wonder which one would be less of a hassle to deal with and more reliable. Any thoughts?

That will be a fun car. I bought an Evo when they first released them. That car could damn near go as fast as a sport bike on twisty roads. I lived in San Diego at the time and would run the canyons with it and Palomar Mtn.
