I wanna know what this is it's a video I took with my phone it's at the bottom of my Motor on both sides close to the tires but closer to the motor and I'm just wondering what that is cause I'm worried if I lower it if that will be scraping any thoughts in what that is?

It's a 95 240sx and not tow hooks it's like on the axel I guess but I've never seen this and I can get a better pic but not atm
