Greetings all,

my name is Rob & i live in Atlanta. current ride is a 99 Lexus GS400. Been working on getting my stance just right. I am currently sitting on a set of 19 inch SSRs but keep running into obstacles on whether to keep the classic wheels or go to something different. Everyone i run into is scared to mess with them or will say you can't rebuild them.

I'll figure something out, but i love the site

Here are some pics of my non stanced ride

Hella clean! Even as it sits right now, I think it looks great. Love the SSR's. I say max out the Comfort Specs and throw on some spacers and you'll be golden!

Anybody else? I am on the fence about either keeping them & refinishing them or selling them & go 20s

RCAs are in the plan along with some Daizen (whenever they start shipping them) bushings.

So should i keep the wheels or sell?

I say keep them and run spacers.

I think I would keep them too, just space them out more, and slam the car! It's nice though, welcome to S:N Rob.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes. I have been wrestling withthe thought of keeping or selling. If i keep them i want to have them refinished. Everyone i run into whether they are in Atl or elsewhere say they can't do it or won't do it. I know it can be done because i just saw this pic the other day;

Well I found someone reputable willing to refinish the wheels.

They are currently online for sale, but i am gonna give it til the end of the month. If no one buys them they are off to Cali to get refinished & then i am looking for some spacers maybe 15mm hub centric.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
