Im not 100% sure about this for a Ti, but all other e36's and e46's use adjustable rear control arms to get more camber in the rear. UUC, ksport, and bimmerworld all make good products for the e46's so im assuming e36's would be the same. UUC uses the same part for e46's and e36's, so im assuming that most other brands would be this way but just make sure to double check that it will fit.
Also there is some factory caber adjustment that can be found on the back of the hub. There is a two ended bolt with a lopsided washer where the control arms mount to the rear hub and a knotch on the control arm that the washer rests against. Turning the bolt and washer will cause the wheel to camber because the washer pushes against the knotch to change the camber. On my e46 I was able to get -2.7 degrees of camber with the factory adjustment. Take a look under the car and see if your suspension setup is the same. If not you will need adjustable rear control arms.
As far as the front, you will need camber plates to adjust the camber because it is a McPhearson strut setup. Hope this helps!
