    Lightbulb 74' SUPER BEETLE BUILD

Hey everybody, this is my first post on SN, so cut me some slack. So I bought this car for $500 from a guy who had it sitting in his yard since at least 1996. I put it on the trailer, and hauled it back to my house gave it a good presure washin', and officially started the rebuild!! It came with all the interior. and the basic part of the engine. No tranny(but got the transaxles). and only a few other parts missing. I'll update as often as I can, but the rebuild is going rather slow right now, cause im broke, and its way too cold out there to work on a car all day!!!

    before pressure wash

    after quick pressure wash

    after fender was removed

    mmmmm....build up

rusty rust all the way through

jordan my .0001 hp engine haha

gutted interior, and the firewall that goes in before the engine

    8 ball

With regards to the pictures you are using the wrong code, if you click on 'get code' and then you will see one that says 'Forum code' you need to be using that code it should start with [img] if you have any more problems let me know and i will do it for you ;-)

i will be watching your thread closely
