Popping a bead usually just means it becomes unseated from it's groove. You can carry your own flammable substance and reseat it(weight off the car of course), if the tire didn't get damaged from pulling off the road. I believe they also make C02 canisters that hook on to the valve stem to inflate a tire real quick. At least they do for motorcycles. Don't know if they have a car size.
