FLA FS: 2009 Mugen Fit w/Navi

Im looking to see if anyone is interested in purchasing the Fit.
I have my eyes set on a car and the only way of getting it would be by selling the fitter.

The car is in awesome condition, and only 27k miles.
Manual Transmission.
OEM Navi & iPOD connection that is directly integrated.
Im the second owner and the car is fully paid off

I'll be including everything on the car already, except for the BBS's (will be on stock wheels):
- D2 Racing Coilovers (OEM spring & shock set up will be included)
- Full Mugen Lip Kit
- Custom Duckbill spoiler (OEM spoiler will be included)
- Custom hood (Original hood will be included, but has minor dent)

Let's not forget, this thing is AWESOME with gas, 27mpg City & 33mpg Hwy

How is this a "Mugen Fit" ?

Mugen Lip Kit.
It isn't built by mugen persay, but since mugen usually just adds an aero kit and a badge on their cars and call it a day,
I just wanted to make sure to add "Mugen" in the title so people atleast know its modded with mugen parts.
