Skids at SantaPod revealed a sticky thermostat and partially blocked radiator.

A new thermostat and a koyo n-flow rad were fitted

Even with getting a bit warm I could link most of the big track in the wet by the end of the day.

My wheels needed refurbing after I kerbed one a while ago. Decided to change the colour, unfortunately the paint was a disaster so we had to redo them in white until another colour is sorted. Doesn't look bad tbh.

Coming in the next week is a stage 1a chip (allows 1.2bar boost and approx 280hp)

Then there is a lot of work in the pipeline for winter, pop up s13 front, full refurb underneath with new bushes, underseal etc, big front brakes and if funds allow a gt2871r for about 350hp

Been a while, bought a mk5 golf gti daily so been playing about in that instead of the Datsun.

Been doing a few bits over the last few nights.

Bargain Whiteline rear arb (sway bar) fitted

Also refitted my welder & changed some shagged rose joints in the DW arms.

Fitted the rear spats, poor light in pic. Better ones tomorrow when it's outside.

Refitted metal bonnet, trimmed & fitted smooth bumper.

Booked the ferry to go to pod in October too

Want to fit my hks evc 5 boost controller and buy new front tyres before October, otherwise she's ready

Bought a roof rack to use as a boot rack. Turns out it fits the roof, winner!

Now I can carry extra tyres when I go away to skid

Slow progress but still moving forward.

Cheers guys, it has come a long way and there's still along way to go.

The stickers stay but I regularly change most of them about. I've downsized my collection in a bid to make it classier.
It's only a POS s14, granted one that owes me £12k ($18k), so a few stickers ain't gonna hurt it.

Big push to prep it for a drift day on the 20th october

Fresh tax and alignment was done last weekend, it now drives straight

And some pic whoring from Saturday night

Action shot, was going for the railings all day but couldnt get her in!

Got another new daily, this one will get a wee drop and some nice wheels in due course

As you might be able to tell i love my golfs (this being my 5th in 6 years of driving) and this is the best of them all, pretty quick and the awesome dsg box make it a fun daily
