    Tc wheel fitment no rub?

Alright so I am new to this whole stance thing and I was thinking about getting a set of new rims and I want to have a good stance but i don't Want rub. I was looking into some wheels and I came across the new xxr 527 in gold and the wheel fitment I want is 18 by 9.75 and I don't know if it will rub. I have tien s techs which lower me 2.5 in the front and 2 in the back and my fenders aren't rolled. I am willing to roll them and probably will I dont want to much camber either. Give ure thoughts and if u have a tc tell me ure fittment that works. Oh and I figured 225 tires stretched would be good too

knowing the width of the wheel is only half the battle. your gonna need to know the offsets as well. take for example a 10in wheel will fit under my celica but if the offset is to high (i.e +40) then it would need a massive spacer to clare the rear shocks but if it were +20 the maybe it would probaly clear it by mm.

although i know for a fact scions dont need as much as an agressive wheel as celica's so find out the offset of the wheels and try and find charting on scion forums.

the offset on the wheels i want is 20. so the less offset the more chance of rubbing?

Watching because I'm having the same questions
I have the same drop. I'm thinking a 18x9.5 is what I'm wanting to go with. Offset and Tire size are my 2 biggest questions.

yes with a lower offset you do have a chance of rubbing without a fender pull, roll,or stretched tires

I have a 06 TC with Axis Wide Tracks. 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear with +20 0ffset all around. I'm running 225/45/18 Nexen tires all around. The fronts have little to no stretch at all the rears have minor stretch. As for camber I'm running Hotchkis lower control arms with -2 degrees of camber, up front I have single Ingals camber bolts with -1 degree of camber. Fenders are rolled and the rears were pulled just about 2mm. I'm on Function and Form coilovers and I rub very little. Like when I hit a decent bump but other than that i'm good to go. Here is a pic for referance, i'm running a 5 inch lip in the back.

How much are u dropped because i think I can pull of 18 by 9.75 all around with 20 offset cause I won't be as low as you

I'm right around 2 and a half drop all around. Looks lower cause of the skirts. But like I said I really have no rub at all. The worst thing that happened to me I was tracking the car and too a hairpin left corner kinda fast and the right front dipped a little to much and the tire sucked my fender in and creased it. No big deal pulled it back out and some rattle can paint and it's barely noticeable. If you are just gonna drop yours on springs you should be good. I still recommend the Hotchkis adjustable lower control arms. They give that extra bit of tuneability over stock adjustment.

ok good. yea i just really dont want to rub so if say i wont ill go with you. i will probably run a stagered set 18 by 8.75 in front and 18by 9.75 in the back just to make sure i dont rub. also i will probably get lower profile tires and stretch them like 40 over the stock 45. 225 tires all around. appreciate the help. ure set up is lookin pretty sick hope to be flush soon
