this is super cool. cant wait to see it done man.
i can already see this car is gonna be so gangster. cant wait to see more of it!
UPDATE:
so this is how she sits now with new tires:
195/65/15 instead of 205/75. now i can actually turn the wheel and doesnt rub.
so far i've done spark plugs, cap and rotor, plug wires, starter, injector clips, fuel cell (both gas tanks were rotted through), and fuel filter. now she fires up every time. drove down the road and the oil pan was dragging the whole way. ended up shimming the motor mounts and raised it about 1/2". so now it barely scrapes.
unfortunately i've ran into a couple problems, as expected.
problem #1: in order to start the car i have to manually prime the fuel system. as im priming it i can hear the fuel run up through the fuel rail and into the injectors. after that the car fires right up but once i shut it off and wait a few mins i have to prime it all over again.
problem #2: i'm leaning towards o2 sensor, maf, and possibly a stuck injector or 2. but 5 gallons of gas will let you drive exactly 1 mile and then it's gone. fuel isnt dumping out of the exhaust although it does smell slightly rich.
After a little research I believe I solved one of my issues.
Problem: Having to prime the car to start it.
Solution: fuel pressure regulator.
Also, this car is designed to send the extra fuel back to the gas tanks. Since I bypassed them and installed a fuel cell, the gas is going back into the old gas tanks.
I like where this project is going. Subrscribed.![]()

This thing has unreal potential. Definitely a great job so far. Just crazy that you got it with so few miles.
Wow crazy find! This thing is going to be fucking sick.
I Have a S-type R that I'm building. I"m going Stance with it but I can't for the life of me find out what offset and width of rim to run to get the look above. Does anyone know how to get a hold of the person that owns the British green XJ in the pic above? I'm looking for other Jags that are done up. I here jags are gaining speed in Japan.
