i dont see why not... i dont think i have seen a stance vic before. I guess your best bet is to start with google and see if you can find coilovers or bags for it or something. everyone starts some place.

hey thx for the help but would any body kits or anything work for the car or would it look just stupid?

They look good slammed, most of em are bagged. Kit wise, the crown cobra kit is te sex.

it does look good but one more question if i get bags i could raise them while driving becouse the roads by me are crappy filled with speed bumps and pot holes so is it posible to raise it and drive or no?

    yes you can.

by the sounds of it you are rather new to the car scene. for the most part body kits dont go over so well.. i there are a few but they need to be made right and normally are not cheap... most people buy lip kits sideskirts and rear flares or lips.. its just a add on and not a full replacement. I dont know anything about bags but im sure there are lots of people here willing to share some info

I vote no on a body kit. Just get some airbags and slam it with some nice wide wheels. Is that actually your car in the pic?

There isn't any body kit for the Crown Victoria on the market, unless you count that hideous "taxi" body kit anything else you see is guaranteed to be custom made. I have seen em with bags, hydro's, coil overs and custom IRS setups, 90% of everything is custom but very much possible and very worth it because what you end up with is a very unique ride tailored to your very own personality. there is a shop in California that specializes in the late model Panther platform..
Google "angry duck tofu racing" Talk with them and they will get you squared away. he uses what he sells, its good stuff. This is my first post but I had to say something since its a fellow Crown Vic owner, treat her right and she will never let you down! these are GREAT cars!!!!
