Strafespeed G Coupe Trunk?

All right so I found a trunk lid for my car that I'm interested in but before I purchase it, I want to know if anyone else has the Strafespeed trunk. I've heard that the weight difference between the OEM G trunk and this trunk lid will mean that I will have to remove one of the two, or both trunk shocks so the newer lighter trunk lid doesn't experience much pressure.

Think I can find a trunk lid for a bit lower, if at all possible?

I'm not sure honestly, but I do LOVE that trunk. So clean.

Yeah the rear spoiler on my G now is getting a little too tacky, and the OEM trunk without the wing looks too bland.
So Strafespeed had my answer haha!

$500 for a CF trunk is almost unreal. I'd go for it, cuz remember man, you get what you pay for if you go any cheaper.
