Need some help identifying a wheel...

Hi - asking for a little help identifying a wheel....and even better - Where can I get a set?
I was traveling and browsing on my phone when I came across this picture that I saved but stupid me forgot to bookmark the site and I have searched with no luck. Posted it on a couple other forums and but no one has any specifics on it.
Obviously it has a Work VS center cap on there but thats about all I have at the moment.
    Thanks for any help.

Rotiform makes a very similar wheel? i know it'll cost you an arm and a leg, but they're still tight.
