WEKFEST, an event so huge and successful that it really doesn’t even need an introduction. Some of the best rides and companies in the states attend Wekfest to unveil their new looks and products, and it attracts 1000’s of spectators. As a matter of fact, we’re hearing that there were about 15,000 of them this year. What’s even more incredible is that majority of the 15,000 that showed up to the event waited in line for up to 3+ hours. While it does sound like a really long time, the event was very well organized and definitely didn’t let any one of the 15K down. Out of the 1000+ applicants, only about 350 were accepted, and it looks like they did a pretty good job choosing. Lots of quality cars! Take a look at some pictures below brought to you by a good friend of ours, Julian Morales.

Two different venues, and dozens of cars in between them to keep the spectators satisfied. Here are a couple of cars that we featured a while back, feel free to take a look at the features if you have a few minutes. Brendan’s Supra can be seen here and James’ GS can be seen by clicking this link.

Entering either venue, you’ll be greeted by all the lovely and wonderful ladies. They certainly “complete” the event and keep the energy & entertainment going. Here is just a few for you.

As you can imagine, it got pretty crowded there at times but people were constantly moving from place to place checking out 100’s of cars. What’s great about WEKFEST is that unlike many other shows where they will only allow imports or muscle cars, WEKFEST features everything from Honda CRX’s to high end cars such as Lamborghini Gallardo’s and Porsche 911’s. Here is a few pictures showing the crowd and variety of different cars and their styles.

Companies such as Rotiform and VIP Modular came and brought out a few of their own cars. Just stunning if you ask us.

Some familiar names also brought out their freshly built rides such as Alex Zhao and his dumped & radiused Honda S2000 and Mark Arcenal’s recently completed drift car.

BMW’s were holding it down, rocking some rather aggressive setups! Check out a couple below.

And again, ladies kept the crowd entertained, and it actually looks like they had a blast too!

Not enough cars though, right? How is this for you?

We’ll wrap Part 1 with what we just showed you, stay tuned for part 2 in the next couple of days! Big thank goes out to Julian Morales for the pictures! We’ll leave you with a couple more pictures that stood out from the rest.
