Which tire size to go with?

Ok so I have some XXR 522 that are going on a db7 (integra ls 4door). They are 16x8 +0 an I was thinking of going Falken's 205/40/16 but now I'm hearing that the only tires I can put on an integra when I'm running 8's are 215/45/16's. Any personal opinions or experience? Before I regret buying a certain tire.

you can run 205/40's without a problem, on a car that's not lowered they might look small though and with 215/45's they are both wider and taller(over an inch) which can pose an issue if you have plans to slam it

Thanks a lot, I'm planning on slamming it so imma go with the 205/40's. Is that your integra? Any fitment issues? Or rubbing?

that's just a picture i found on another forum to see how the offset and tire size would work out. I was curious.. lol, You have to post pictures when you get them on. I have a little mk2 vdub that i just started on. It's my first car build in the whole "stance" scene. Check it out and let me know what ya think
