Need some help,on tire size.

hello, alright i have a 09 a4 stock wheel/tire size is 19x8.5 et43 255/35/19.

now the wheels i bought are 19x9 et 28.

my question is what is a good tire size to get in order for me to get a reasonable strch on it wile still being safe with the quattro. i would like to stay away from using spacers.

basically i dont want noting wild ,i know i might have to roll my fenders.

any help wuld be apreciated.
