Fitment; word used on daily basis by every single person that visits this blog, yet every single one of us envision it differently. If you’ve lived under a rock for the last few decades chances are you won’t agree with the fact that Europeans (Germans to be exact) & Japanese were first to stretch tires, roll fenders, ride dumped and camber their wheels. What’s funny is that even nowadays not much has changed, however, rest of us are definitely stepping our game up. One of the guys that is making things happen for us in the states here is Danny Cetina out of Berkeley, CA. He has transformed his ’07 Rabbit a full 360 degrees and it will give a lot of the other Euro’s run for their money. Check this out!

Up front Danny is rocking a fully shaved GTI bumper with moulded Votex lip as well as a set of GTI headlights. As you can tell, the front bumper is practically on the ground thanks to Mason Tech and Airlift. In the the trunk you’ll see 2 480c compressors and a 5 gallon tank all managed through Easystreet Digital kit.

Getting right down to fitment, Danny mounted a set of 18″ 3pc OZ MAE wheels in 18×10.5 (25) & 18×9.5 (18) with 205/40/18 and 215/45/18 tires. Result is just incredible, check out the picture below.

Setting off that aggressive front end is the Boser Hood. Sides are also equipped with Votex side skirts which look great might we add! The rear end is also fully shaved including the hatch, and to keep things even more fresh, Danny added a set of OEM Euro taillights. Danny is just 19 years old and is currently attending San Francisco University. He works at a soccer shop as a retailer, but it’s just that, work. His real passion are cars and he has a ton more stuff planned for his Rabbit. Danny tells us that without the support of his girlfriend, brother, and especially his good friend Mike Low (Mlowmk5), his car would not be where it is now.

We would like to give a big shout out to Danny as well as Neil for the awesome photography. These guys literally made this feature happen within 24 hours! We’ll keep you updated on the status of Danny’s car as we have a feeling it’ll only get better! If you are anywhere in the Bay Area and think you have a ride that deserves to be showcased on Stance:Nation, make sure you shoot us an email right away!
