First time covering this event, and to be honest with you it’s unlike any other event we’ve shared with you. The name is SHOW UP dress up contest and it’s all about variety. This particular event was held in Hiroshima and was hosted by “SHOW UP Shift”. Some 200+ fine builds from genres like VIP, LUG, sports (USDM, JDM), Itasha, K car, Minivans, custom bikes, and more showed up! The organizers “SHOW UP” are basically a paint and body shop so most of the cars that came out to this event are associated with the business in one way or another. One thing we found really cool about this event is that one of the “best of show” winners will get a chance to display their car at Tokyo Auto Salon. We say “one of the winners” because there are several “SHOW UP” events happening throughout Japan, including Tokyo and Osaka.
