If you’re riding static, at one point or another you must have thought about what your car would look like if it was lower just a tad bit more! That “bit”, may not even be noticeable to others, but you can definitely see it and it makes you love your ride that much more! Over the past couple of months I’ve been talking with Shane Romano who drives this Subaru and every time we spoke he would tell me how his car isn’t low enough and how he wants to go lower. Fast forward a few weeks, Shane hits me up and tells me he is finally happy (for now) with his ride height and shoots me a couple of pictures and a video. The second I saw them I’ve been constantly bugging him for some proper pictures!

Shanes Subaru is sitting on Drag DR-31’s and unlike majority of Subie owners, he decided to go with even more stretch (205/40) for that extra few millimeters of lowness. Rolled and pulled front and rear fenders, camber plates all around and a serious drop on BC Racing Coilovers make this car stand out from the rest when rolling down the street, and who can forget the sparks that he throws driving over any slight bump on the road. Check out this video and see for yourself.

Sitting Right:
Drag DR-31 17×9+17 w/5mm spacers | +12 effective offset F&R
205/40 Federal SS-595’s
BC racing BR series coilovers 8k/6k springs
Front and Rear camber plates
Wrx 20mm Rear sway bar
C-Pillar bar

If you’re a Subaru owner you’re probably going to notice that read SRTI overflares and the 2005 Tail lamps, as well as the WRX sideskirts. To finish things off, Shane added the Prodrive lip up front, because we all know that little things can make or break the car’s appearance sometimes. We will see how long this look lasts him before he goes even lower!

Big ups to Shane for taking these pictures for us! Until next time, I’ll be waiting for an email from our fellow blog readers for more spark throwing rides!
